The first watch I received was defective so I returned it for an exchange. The process was fast and easy. I received the replacement within two weeks. This Concord La Scala watch does not have sparkling diamonds. However, its underlying elegance outshines any gemstone. I really love wearing this watch. I was a little skeptical at first wondering if it is too big for my tiny wrist. As it turns out, it rests perfectly on my wrist and it looks great. I am very happy with this purchase and will treasure this piece for a long time.

The watch was fine, but its box looked very old and not clean. Even the logo on the watch box was damaged.
Surely 'Good price' is one factor, I know.
But Ashford must assure the good appearance of each selling product too.
