We warrant all
watches for Two Years and service it for life. Since we are wholesalers, and not retailers, the
manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an
authorized retailer. We therefore honor the original factory warranty
terms and conditions for two years from the date of purchase. Our watch
repairmen are very experienced with watches worth up to and even more than
$100,000. Should there ever be a problem with you watch we do our best to
repair it as quickly as possible.

No Sales Tax Orders shipped outside
New York State are shipped tax-free. Every order shipped within the state of New York is subject to New
York's 8.375% sales tax. Sales tax is
determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address.
Orders with a billing address in New York State and
an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax.
Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order
to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State
taxes laws.

Ashford.com provides warranty coverage of
two years from the date of purchase on all of its brand name
watches. Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery
replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch
bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by
excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage
resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's
water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in
connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is valid only at Ashford.com. Improper repair or warranty
service performed by someone other than Ashford.com will void this
warranty. Ashford.com disclaims any liability for consequential or
incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this
watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation may not apply to you. Shipping & insurance costs for
warranty returns to Ashford.com must be covered by the customer. All
watches should be sent to Ashford.com service department

shipment. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. RA #.

boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a RA

Jewelry Warranty Ashford.com provides
warranty coverage for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase on all
of our jewelry merchandise. All of our jewelry repairs are serviced by a
professional jeweler who will determine if repair is or is not possible.
If an item cannot be serviced by our jeweler, the item will be fully
refunded, minus shipping and handling costs, using the initial payment
method.
- Items that have been sized, engraved
or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced.
- Abused products cannot be repaired or
serviced.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered
by our repair warranty.
- Repairs may take from four to six
weeks to be completed.
Please note: All
returned products must have a pre-assigned Return Merchandise
Authorization Number RA #. Please contact us prior to your return
for your RA #.
Your RA # must be
boldly displayed on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without a

Watch Returns All
timepieces purchased from Ashford.com ,except special order* items,
and item shipped outside of the United States** may be returned in
their original, unused condition for a full
refund of the purchase price***, minus
our actual shipping costs - minimum $19.95 . All original factory
tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never
removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns
are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return
a watch please contact us
for the mailing address. In order to process your return, you
must include our Return Slip
.
Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive
it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over
the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no
blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep
accurate time. Once the watch is worn or sized, and even if it is
unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed, we cannot accept a
return of the watch. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you
notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to
repair it under our warranty. We will not replace or refund a watch
once it has been worn, or the plastics/tags have been removed. We
will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized
under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's
responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it
is in perfect working order, before wearing.

- All
returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization No. RA #
from Ashford.com. Please contact us
prior to your return for your RA #. This
number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box.
- A
watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the
outside of the box will be refused.
- All
products must be returned in their original unworn
condition, the bracelet, strap and clasp never sized,
including packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics &
hanging tags fully intact and never removed from the watch.
- The order
must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the
watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension please
contact us
prior to purchasing.
- Returns will be credited in full minus the actual shipping
cost**
- Credit will be issued in the same form as payment
received.
- Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable
delivery for e.g. UPS or FedEx. Please note: FedEx does not insure
watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that
amount please use an alternate shipping method.
- The
tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon
shipment.

All items shipped to any address outside the United States are
considered a final sale and cannot be returned. *** American
Express and Discover Card orders are subject to a 3% restocking

It is important to package your Return properly.
Please make sure that when you ship your watch you insure it
for the value that you paid. We are not responsible for lost
or stolen items during shipping. The item or items must have been
purchased directly from Ashford.com and all returns require the
original invoice, or a copy of the invoice.
Jewelry
Returns All
Jewelry items purchased from Ashford.com may be returned in their
original, unused condition for a period of up to 30 days from the
date of purchase. Items will receive a full refund of the purchase
price, minus shipping and handling costs. All returned merchandise
must be in as-new condition and cannot be sized, engraved or
otherwise modified.
- All free gifts and/or
promotional items must be returned with your item in order to
receive a refund.
- Customers returning partial
orders will be refunded for returned items only.
- Please allow up to two weeks
upon our receipt of your return for processing by our Returns
Department. This allows us to verify the condition of the
merchandise.
