Not totally happy with the shopping experience
The shipping was on schedule and the packaging was impressive initially. To my surprise after opening the box, the gold bar on the last links of the bracelet (both sides connecting to the case) were discolored. Sent email with pics to customer service. The feedback was quick and asked to send back for exchange. The only thing I am dissatisfied is the time it takes before I can wear the watch. They will only ship the replacement after they received the defective package from me. At the end as a paying customer, I am the one suffers since I paid but I have to wait for essentially 4 weeks by the time I can use the watch if I am lucky.

Absolutely Beautiful. I received it in about 10 days due to the fact I am overseas and hurricane Sandy played a part with the military postal service but overall still pretty quick. I opened the box and astonished at the beautiful case it came in. If you are buying as a gift for someone that alone will make them appreciate it as something elegant. The watch has a nice weight to it and there are no blemishes on it at all. Evrything seemd to be in nice working order and I will update this review if anythingcomes up negative. As for now i couldnt be more delighted and I would definitely reccommend a person buy this watch.

I have This watch and Yes it was purchased from Ashford. As always I take the watches I purchase online into a very reputable jeweler to size and register warranty. The warranty was registered fine with Raymond Weil and according to everything I have looked at from the manufacturer , yes the Gold is real Yellow Gold . Off the top of my head I can't remember if its 14 or 18K. Yes the rest of the watch is stainless steelAge: 45-54
