Nice watch
This is my second seiko kinetic, the first lasted 10+ years. Loved it. The only complaint with this one is the hands nearly disappear when the watch is held in direct light. Not really sure why but the hands blend into the background in the light. It is great otherwise. Love it

SKA 528 is a great value
This is a very classy looking and feeling watch. I am not a watch aficionado. I don't own a dresser full of watches nor a watch winding box.
This is my fourth Seiko in about 30 years (1984, c.1993, 2002 and this December). The style of this one is a step up and the Kinetic recharging system is also a first for me.
The face is great looking, the feel on my wrist, though a bit bigger than my current everyday watch (bought at Ashford in December 2002) is reasonable for a 5'8" user.
Seiko's are great, and buying them at Ashford is a fine way to get great value and quick delivery.

seiko kinetic ska528
i ordered this watch during blackfriday, got delivered in two days. looks very nice and it came with very nice box and packeging was very good.i checked the price for this watch every where this is the best price you can get here at ashford.almost all the retail stores sell this one for about $350.00 .i am very pleased with my purchase.

As I know, the raw material(stainless steel) is made in Japan, and only the cutting process finished in Malaysia and Singapore, and all the final product was quality controlled and finished the final step in Japan. So it is really made in Japen. Except the SEIKO 5 brand. hope it helps you.5 months ago

I have no idea why they do not show the back of the watch. There are no surprises to be found, just pertinent facts, such as "SEIKO", model number, "Water Resistant 10 Bar", "Stainless Steel", "Movement Japan" (meaning, I'm sure that the movement is Made in Japan), and some more numbers which are, I presume, the serial number of the watch. Yes, so far it has been a very accurate timepiece.Age: Over 65
