FAST RETURNS MADE EASY!

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No worries - Simply send your item back to Ashford in its new, unused condition, and Ashford would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price (minus $9.95 for shipping & handling costs on ground orders, $19.95 for shipping charges on second day orders or $29.95 for shipping charges on overnight orders). 

TWO STEPS AND YOU'RE DONE...

 STEP 1 - Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us at 1 (212) 813-1111or email at customerservice@ashford.com. 

STEP 2 - Return your unused item, including all materials such as original paperwork and free gifts, via insured* traceable delivery within 30 days of the date it was delivered.

* Insurance must be for the amount that you paid

Please note: Your item must be returned to Ashford within 10 days of the date that your RA# is assigned.

IMPORTANT TIPS

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or jewelry item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:


  • Is the item working perfectly?
  • Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or jewelry item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Ashford will not accept the returned item.

What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewelry item has been sized and/or worn?
In such cases, Ashford will do its best to repair it under its extensive 2-year Ashford Warranty (for details, click here).

In short, Ashford.com cannot replace or refund a watch or jewelry item when:

  • The watch or jewelry item has been worn
  • The tags/factory tape has been removed
  • The product has been sized

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Ashford. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. An item returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.
  • Your item must be returned within 10 days from the date that the RA# is assigned. Any items received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • In order to process your return, you must include Ashford's return form.  Click here to download.
  • Returns from Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via prepaid, insured and traceable delivery, for example UPS or FedEx. Please note: FedEx does not insure items valued above $500. If your item is valued above that amount, please use an alternate shipping method.
  • The tracking number for your return must be emailed to Ashford upon shipment.
  • Returned merchandise must include the manufacturer packaging, manuals and warranty cards (if available) as well as any promotional items that were associated with it. For example, if Ashford offered a free gift along with a given purchase, that free gift must be returned with the returned item. Please note: If the free gift is not returned, the selling price (as advertised on the website) for the gift will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow up to two weeks upon receipt of your return for processing by the Ashford Returns Department. This allows Ashford to verify the condition of the merchandise.
  • Please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear in your account.
  • Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
  • Special Orders, and items shipped to an address outside of the United States are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
