We ship your order as quickly as possible, and often on the same day we receive it.

All orders to domestic locations are shipped free via UPS Ground. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs are shipped free via USPS.

If you need your package right away, we are happy to upgrade your service at the costs outlined in the table below.

International Shipping

We now offer the following shipping options to China:

UPS Expedited International Service for a charge of $59.95

UCS (an exclusive agent for overseas shipping for China EMS) for a charge of $29.95 or FREE of charge with any order above $75.00. UCS is available for shipment to mainland China only. Customer will be required to submit ID information on www.11185id.com after placing the order. Kindly make sure that First Name, Last Name and Email address submitted are the same as your order details.

Please note: Our free shipping offer only covers the costs of shipping. Any additional fees, such as customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Pick Up Your Order from Hong Kong - FREE of charge for all orders. Customers can choose to pick up their orders from the Ashford Hong Kong Collection Center seven working days from the date of purchase. Our collection center is located at Unit 1401, Tower One Silvercord, 30 Canton Road, TsimShaTsui, Hong Kong. This service is currently available by appointment only. Canada and other international destinations Shipments to Canada can be shipped either by Expedited Service for a charge of $24.95 or Express Service for $29.95.

We are also pleased to offer international shipping to most other countries for a flat fee of $59.95. All international shipments are fully insured and shipped International Priority via FedEx or UPS. If for any reason we are unable to ship your package without full insurance, we will contact you prior to the shipment's release.

Shipments to certain countries may incur additional charges such as a Value Added Tax (VAT) or a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on goods received. To learn more about estimated VAT Charges, please see the table below.

Due to the temporary suspension of non-document shipments into the Russian Federation, we regrettably cannot ship orders to Russia at this time.

We are unable to expedite orders shipped via USPS, and shipments may take longer than expected.

PayPal Purchases

As per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the confirmed address on your PayPal account.

Same Day Service

If you've shopped with us before, you know that we do our best to ship items on the same day. If we receive and verify your order before 3pm EST, your order will leave our warehouse the same day.

Shipment Tracking

We will send you an email with your shipment notification and tracking information the evening your package is shipped.

Signature Required

For your protection, a signature may be required before UPS can release the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at the expected time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Also, please review your address before your order is placed. A fee will be incurred for all address changes.

Package Insurance

Your item will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and will be fully insured during transit.

Package Pickup

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold packages for pick up at our distribution center.

Domestic orders

We gladly accept the following forms of payments for all U.S. orders:

PayPal (Please Note: The maximum amount allowed for a single PayPal account holder transaction is $10,000. If you do not have a PayPal account, a maximum of $4,000 USD is allowed for a one-time, single transaction. The shipping address must be a PayPal confirmed address.)

Items shipped within New York State only are charged with sales tax of 8.625%. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York State.

All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment. We are unable to declare the item as a gift, when shipping.
