Additionally, all items sold by Ashford.com are brand new, unworn and free of defects, unless they are clearly described as “Certified Pre-Owned.” All new Ashford items include original packaging, care manuals, and warranty cards, where applicable. Most Ashford items are sourced directly from the manufacturers.
