International Orders

Items sent to any address outside the United States are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Customs, Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods & Services Tax

Shipments to certain countries may incur additional charges such as Customs, Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT) or a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on goods received. We will calculate and collect said fees during Checkout where applicable. It will be clearly stated in Checkout when fees are included and collected. If we are unable to collect it will be clearly stated in Checkout and it will be the customer's responsibility.  Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being either abandoned, for which you will still be held accountable, or returned to the sender (RTS). In the case of return, any charges associated with it will be deducted from your refund.

○ International Shipping

We calculate international shipping fees based upon product weights as calculated at the time of Checkout. 

All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment. We are unable to declare the item as a gift, when shipping.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, however, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days, if placed after 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. This includes all orders with Expedited shipping and international orders.
