WATCHES
We offer a two-year warranty on any timepiece bought at Ashford that is not covered by the manufacturer. Only brands listed in the “Brands Covered by the Manufacturer” section below are covered by the manufacturer. Ashford’s ownership team has been warrantying and repairing watches for decades.
Our warranty covers the most important part of a watch: the movement. No matter how complicated, we are well-equipped and ready to repair it with the utmost care. In addition, we will replace your battery for one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover any damage to the movement resulting from mistreatment, improper use or from the wearer exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limitations. Additionally, we do not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, crown, stem, crystal/glass and the watch finish.
The warranty will be voided if there are signs of shock to the watch. We do not cover the watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear, physical abuse or damage resulting from exceeding the limitations of the water resistance of the watch.

Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, Fragrance, Beauty Products, Writing Instruments and all non-watch items qualify for our 30-day return policy. Items that have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned. There is no repair warranty for Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, and Writing Instruments and all non-watch products currently.

- Non-Manufacturer warranties are valid only at Ashford. Repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Ashford will void these warranties.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ashford disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty on any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

For the better part of 3 decades Ashford has sold millions of products (mostly branded watches, sunglasses and jewelry) to millions of satisfied customers. All items sold by Ashford are 100% genuine and authentic. Additionally, all items sold by Ashford are brand new, unworn and free of defects. All new Ashford items include original packaging, care manuals, and warranty cards, where applicable and if provided by the manufacturer or our suppliers. Most of Ashford’s products are sourced directly from the manufacturers or from authorized licensees or distributors..
