Please be advised that claims can only be initiated within a 60-day period from the delivery date. If you have not received your package, it is essential to notify us within this 60-day window. To process the claim, we kindly request that all necessary paperwork be submitted within the same timeframe. It is important to note that the customer service team requires all relevant documents within the 60-day period for the claim to be considered. Opening a claim will not be possible without the proper submission of required documents.

We are unable to expedite orders shipped via USPS, and shipments may take longer than expected.

UPS deliveries are on business days only and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

We are unable to change/alter the address inputted during checkout.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, however, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days, if placed after 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. This includes all orders with Expedited shipping and international orders.

Shipment Tracking

We send customers a notification email containing tracking information the evening your order is shipped. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Click on ‘My Orders’ and a tracking number can be found under ‘View’.

All orders are required to be delivered to the address inputted at the time of ordering. We are unable to process Pickup requests or change of address requests.
Some parts of your order may ship separately along with a different tracking number.

Shipping Address

We are unable to change/alter the address inputted during checkout. If the package is shipped out and there is an incorrect address, we are unable to contact the carrier to make any changes. If notified of the incorrect address or rejected package, we will request the return of the package and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Signature Required

All orders valued over $300 USD will require a signature before the carrier can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery. All deliveries made by USPS do NOT require a signature.

PAYPAL, Amazon Pay, or Affirm PURCHASES

As per PayPal, AmazonPay, and Affirm requirements, we can only ship an order to a confirmed shipping address. For more details, please see ourPayments page.

Shipment Fees

Please note that the shipping fee of $5.99 for ground for orders under $99.00, $19.95 for Second Day Air, and $29.95 for Next Day Air are non-refundable.
